Matthew and Cindy Wright
Matthew and Cindy Wright both grew up in ministry families. They began their journey to Albania in 1996, and have served thirteen years on the field. During that time, they saw and heard the stories of many hurting missionaries. God has used Matt and Cindy’s own difficult experiences as well as those of their fellow servants to give them a real burden for helping cross-cultural Christian workers stay healthy physically, spiritually and emotionally so that they can serve long-term in their calling. The 631 Solution is their vision. They bring to it their cross-cultural experience and the drive to see this ministry flourish. They are so thankful to have the rest of this competent board with their varied experience come alongside them in this joint effort to see The 631 Solution flourish.
Tim Dabney is a long-time friend of the Wrights. He is currently residing in Georgia. He is passionate about spiritual things and has had a love for youth and ministry to them since long before he had two teenagers of his own! He himself knows the struggles one encounters in ministry, and the importance of having a support network to stay healthy in that type of work. He was privileged to experience Albania with the Wrights on a visit with his son in 2009. He has known many missionaries through his life, and he says that opportunity gave him a new appreciation for that type of calling. Tim brings to the board his experience in ministry, in business management and communication.

She has worked with the Wrights in Albania on 7 different occasions as a short-termer. During that time, she has developed a real heart for missionaries and their work. Her gifts of service and administration are a great asset to the board of The 631 Solution.
